Creating the change we want to see in the world
The world is rapidly changing and with that the need for many to grow alongside it. At Lilith Agency we represent that change and those that create it. From writers, and speakers to journalists, community workers & activists. Whether you need consultancy on company culture, a spoken word artist to brighten your event, or a boss moderator for your symposium; we got you.
The translation of American poet Amanda Gorman’s work sparked a discussion on who is best eligible to translate it. We collaborated with Meulenhoff and provided them with poets Zaire Krieger and Tirsa With for the translation and with consultancy and (media) training by Clarice Gargard, so they could further explore and better their internal culture.
We provided consultancy for Melly’s name change from colonial to communal and developed a series of talk shows on art, culture, and society, discussing said name change and the (accountability) process and responsibility that comes with being a 21st century cultural institute in a dynamic city.
LILITH AGENCY IS AN INNOVATIVE, SELF INITIATED ENTERPRISE DEDICATED TO EMANCIPATORY CULTURE. IT MEANS WEALTH, IF BY WEALTH ONE MEANS A RICHNESS OF IDEAS, PEOPLE AND SPIRIT.

Together with broadcaster VPRO we created several shows, amongst which Seef Spees. It is a political satire in which culture, and modern day themes like the housing crisis, racism, sexism, and poverty – but also family, religion, and relationships - are addressed with a comical twist.
We helped Dr. Martens authentically educate and connect with their audience on racism, lgbtiaq+ issues and more by linking them with change-makers and creators with bipoc lgbtiaq+ work and narratives to share, like choreographer and activist Naomie Pieter .
IT WAS GREAT WORKING WITH LILITH AGENCY. THEY ALWAYS STRIKE THE RIGHT CORD IN FINDING THE SUITABLE STORY AND SOLUTION.

What would a feminist city truly look like? We like to think more about what we want instead of what we don’t want. So we participated in the European 99 Ams conference and held conversations on housing, access, minimum wage, climate care and more. We spoke with international feminist giants. Then we asked creators Sofia Neto and Stephanie Bloemendal to envision the ideal feminist city.
We developed a visual series on the current political climate to provide context for the play Freedom, written and performed by former Guantanamó detainee Mohamedou Ould Slahi at the Noord Nederlands Toneel.
THANKS TO LILITH AGENCY I HAVE LEARNED TO APPRECIATE MY WORK MORE. I FEEL SEEN AND HEARD. THEY’RE FAMILIAR WITH THE CULTURAL FIELD AND I BENEFIT FROM THIS KNOWLEDGE AS AN ARTIST.

The Modest Fashion Exhibition was a co-creation with Stedelijk Museum Schiedam and Rajae El Mouhandiz on modest fashion, with rapper Mona Haydar. We organized a meet & greet at the museum, a symposium at Arminius and a performance in Paradiso, attracting just the right crowd to bring down the house.
